In my role as a Mobile Banking Administrator, I manage and maintain customer accounts on mobile platforms like Mo626ice and Digital+. I am responsible for capturing and amending customer details, handling change requests, and assisting customers with electronic banking services. Additionally, I compile reports on platform statistics, monitor commission recoveries, and ensure accurate account reconciliations. My work also includes testing new features for the mobile platforms and maintaining proper record-keeping and filing systems.
