I am a versatile and results-driven professional with a strong background in mobile banking administration, digital marketing, and corporate publicity. Currently, I serve as a Mobile Banking Administrator at National Bank of Malawi plc, where I manage customer accounts on mobile platforms, assist with troubleshooting, and provide insightful reports to enhance banking services. With a keen eye for detail, I also participate in user acceptance testing for new mobile banking features.
My expertise extends to social media management and digital content creation, having worked as a Social Media Officer, where I effectively optimized the Bank’s online presence across multiple platforms. I am passionate about utilizing digital tools to drive brand growth, and my skill set includes content management, search engine optimization, email marketing, and graphic design.
In addition to my professional experience, I am pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Data Science (London School of Business and Research), a Bachelor of Business Administration (Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences) and hold a Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM).
